Here we have practices which have far greater impact on these costs, but it would be un-PC to even mention the fact.

Maybe the Center for Science in the Public Interest should underwrite studies of the medical costs of sodomy, and then have the McDonalds' suing lawyers go sue the buggers and their enablers.
