Who are the Hmong, and why do they all live in Milwaukee?

The Hmong are Laotian immigrants who fought on our side during the Vietnam war. And they're not limited to Milwaukee. The largest communities of Hmong in Wisconsin (I don't know the numbers in Milwaukee) are Green Bay and Wausau.
