What happened to that tree of liberty? I was treating him so respectfully giving him serious replies, pretending I didn't know he wasn't one of us. did he turn nasty and his replies get yanked? I've never seen replies disappear like that before. Gives new meaning to the word, "ZAP!.

As I remember, tree of liberty made some stupid little one-liner that was forgetable. I think t of l had been around for about a month as a FReeper SLeeper cell.
I can see some of those DUers, lying in wait, thinking, "Now's my chance. I'll show those awful FReepers a thing or two."

Since Ann's appearance on C-SPAN tomorrow was PRE-recorded on July 10, you can watch a BIG excerpt already posted at:

Briam Lamb can butcher a one hour interview like no other media type in DC, and his inane questions never manage to do anything but infuriate the more intelligent of his viewers. He normally wastes about 25 mins in every edition by asking the guest questions that have nothing to do with the book or its themes.I used to think he was a cypher because it was a good way to give the audience the air of impartiality; now, I just thinks he's an airhead.
Plus, he has a crummy staff of dimwits as well.

For the Preview Of The Interview Headsup = thanks!

Come now. Would you rather Brian Lamb go after his guests like O'Reilly or Mathews go after theirs? On their shows, it is about them. On Booknotes, it is not about Brian Lamb, its about the author.
Since almost the beginning, Lamb has been doing one book a week (there were something like four books that took two weeks). That is over 1,000 books that he has had to become familiar with. Pretty admirable, in my book.

I saw your screen name on another thread. Wouldn't want you to miss Booknotes tomorrow.

Can't wait to watch the show and find out who Ann's political hero/heroine is. Thanks for the chance to watch the preview.

Hmmmmmmmmm ? ? . . let me guess.
This Booknotes will bring the rats out for the rest of the week during open phones. I'm thankful Imus is back so I won't put a boot through my TV.
Since the Coulter haters are already Emailing C-SPAN complaining about her appearance, we should counter them with our own expression of thanks and support.
