I assume that Colorado State University does not operate on taxpayer money, so they can do whatever they feel like and are beyond the reach of The People and their Representatives. If this is not the case, they should be de-funded immediately.

Usually when it says "STATE" just before the University part, that means they are totally taxpayer supported.
