I think that's very true. It's almost as if, since they're paying people to be poor, they are now getting all the problems that (liberals tell us) are the results of poverty. I know it may be more complicated (that is, there're faults in the liberal game plan I'm not mentioning), but if we want to end poverty, we ought to quit paying folks to be part of it.
