Pubs need to learn to put what Rubin was doing in simple terms than the average Joe can understand.

Rubin worked for Citibank and they held $140 million in worthless Enron junk bonds. He tried to get the Treasury Dept to delay downgrading Enron's credit ratings just long enough for Citi to dump them off on some unsuspecting suckers. That's the bottom line.
