It appears to be the first "photo" out there. Found it on a local tv site. Appears to be an old mug shot, an LEO holding it before cameramen since they didn't have copies of the photo yet.
Letting a homeless man sleep in your house with your little girl is worse than giving your kid a loaded gun and telling her it's a toy. The kid still has a chance in that situation.
