Already we're hearing (at least in the California case) that evidence was planted by racist white cops who are out to get the innocent oppressed person of color, and how this is really a vendetta against Hispanics.

I caught that on KNX News Radio 1070 this morning. Don't remember if the ACLU or Amnesty International is getting into the act on this one.

Why those organizations are allowed to operate with impunity in this country is beyond me.
