The way MSNBC is reporting this...there was a man staying on the couch where they were sleeping at. He shows up soaking wet at 8:30 am and the cops ask him where ya been? He says..."Swimming in the river...why? What's wrong?"

I can't believe that it doesn't occur to parents to put locks/bolts/latches high up on doors where little ones can't reach and to use the locks.

"If it saves ONE child...Did you read the article posted about the dog that fell overboard his master's boat and ended up swimming 10 miles to shore? Guess what one of the main threads of that article was. Yep, authorities were able to return the dog to his owner because it had a microchip in its ear.
Give it a few more weeks, Digital Angel will get some sort of government funding and the cry will ring through the halls of congress, "Digital Angel, save our children!"
