The story by New York Times reporter David Halbfinger covering the erroneous Clinton claims first appeared on the Times' Web site late Wednesday. But a totally different report on Clinton's Little Rock visit, where Halbfinger dropped the incendiary quotes, appeared in the newspaper's print edition Thursday morning.

With the unreasonable p/e ratios, the market was going to slide anyway. Bill Clinton and Alan Greenspan should have known this if they had any judgement.
