The problem with these lawsuits is that they are going to seat some jackass jury, and they are going to award millions to this fat piece of s&*t because he can't walk by a french fry without inhaling it!

Just keep in mind that anybody can sue anybody over anything, anytime (the old "you can indict a ham sandwich" adage). It doesn't mean the judge isn't going to throw the suit out within five minutes of taking the bench on the first day of the trial.
