I don't know if that rumor is true, because I was listening to the CNBC reporter who was standing outside a Manhatten courtroom, where according to him, the 3 men (not sure of the other two) were waiting arraignment. Hmm.

I tend to discount the shooting rumor, as this story broke at 9am, and the Buffalo TV stations would probably be on the scene by now to have picked up the story and put it on the wires.
