Actually I have read that a one PLO terrorist was killed by the Mossad with a cell phone bomb. Don't have an article on it, and can't remember where I read it.

Actually several terrorists have been killed with rigged cell phones, and normal wired phones before that.

That's why the bigshots won't touch phones personally, just as they don't stand near windows or sleep in the same bed every night or travel in the same car etc.
