Looks like there's a lot going on down under.
Planned Parenthood News...........1953
#42 has been to Britian and Australia at least 10 times in the last 18 months. At least we now have a better understanding as to 'why'.Since the Secret Service knew about the Ms. what-ever-her-name was, when she was visiting the W.H., god only knows what they have to deal with out on these 'world-wide road trips'.
You mean, you mean you don't....wait a minute here....oh forget it; I'll just move on.

Crickey!
You and I both know that there is precious little learning going on in sex education venues such as this. I remember them as horrendous embarrassment and giggling sessions surrounded by a room full of people who felt the same way. Nobody paid attention, and NOBODY was going to ask a serious question for fear of being laughed at. Sexual education to me is a private thing that, if the parents don't have the balls to teach their kids, the schools should do it in a private way that encourages students to ask questions and acquire genuine knowledge.
1)Only in the last 125 years of 6000 years of human history do we assume teenagers (14+ shouldn't have kids). God immaculately impregnated Mary at an estimated age of around 14 1/2.
2)With the knowledge that everytime one gets pregnant, they can run right down to the welfare office and sign up for Medicaid, their is no financial incentive for parents, who otherwise would be responsible for their minor child's medical bills, to watch when and where their children are going. Notice that in countries with socialized medicine, that teenage pregnancy runs rampant?
3)Parents must watch what is being taught to their kids in school, movies, TV, and music.
Yeah, so we must use more tax money to provide wholesome programming. /sarcasm
Obscenity laws are stupid. Especially now that every TV made since the 90's is equipped with filters, locks, and limits for parents. Maybe parents need to start taking responsibility for their kids.
Your ideas contradict your nickname, FreedomFriend.
You must realize that it will only continue to get worse. My point was keeping it relegated to post 10 or 11pm. Furthermore, it's on nearly every channel. You might as well throw out your tv, for with the exceptions of TV Land, Animal Planet and a few other networks, you're going to find some garbage.
I don't think that you've figured it out.
Yep. Married by thirteen and your first kid by fourteen was the way it used to be. Usually dead by 25 too. There is a letter from the 1300 where a husband complains about his wife bringing her dolls to bed, she was 11. From the first menstruation a girl was expected to be a woman.
You had lots of kid early on or you might end up with no surviving decedents. Most pregnancies ended in miscarriages or still births. You had less then a fifty- percent chance of seeing your third birthday. A one in five chance of making it to twenty. Now days we recoil in horror but life was nasty brutish and short then.
Ah, the good old days, NOT!
