The Presidents new Corporate Fraud Task Force arrested the Crooks at Adelphia.com and when the news broke the DOW was over 250 points down, it's now over 200 points up a 450 point swing with the breaking news. :-)

When they announce the arrest of Robert Rubin, Gary Winnick and the CEO of World Com the markets will return to being confident.
