In all fairness, Landmark legal and Judicial Watch have different concentrations in the area of law.

Good for them. That release of names struck me as a slimey thing to do. I wonder if it's going to take another 5 years of litigation to finally get this ruled on, though.

Sheesh. All Landmark Legal ever does is issue Press Releases! Has Levin ever won a case? All he cares about is raising money, money, money, and getting his face on the TV news. Anyone have that picture of him trying to edge in on A.G. Ashcroft? Where is it?! He's probably even sued his own mother!!!! Well, I for one will never give him one red cent! Not one!

Why aren't you defending these lawyers? They do work for the Bush Administration don't they?
To: wcdukenfield
Interestingly, both Treasury and the IRS, in separate letters to the editor, apologized in yesterday's Wall Street Journal.

They won't release Dash-holes and his wifes returns now will they?

Why aren't you defending these lawyers? They do work for the Bush Administration don't they? As a matter of fact, they don't. The number of political appointees a President can make is quite small. Most of these government employees are career employees with civil service protection.
Nice try, though, Registered.

Mark Levin - My favorite bulldog!!!!!

You know full well what I am talking about.
Landmark Legal does a lot of stuff concerning public school education and vouchers. Furthermore, they concentrate on thwarting big-government agendas, whereas Judicial Watch mainly concentrates on fighting government corruption and fraud.
I have never seen Landmark Legal concentrate on the types of cases that Judicial Watch takes on, such as the Loral Shareholder's suit and JW's work with the Discovery process.

Who needs Larry Klayman?
These guys DESERVE our support.
To: Carry_Okie
Tarry on with foolish opinions such as that. I for one, have gotten quite sick of these unfounded rants.
To: FreedominJesusChrist
I have given plenty of money to Larry Klayman only to see it hosed on WAY too many cases that don't get completed.
To: Carry_Okie
Do you think that Larry can command the way the court system works too?
Don't blame him for the Bush Justice Department's shortfalls.
To: Registered
Well, we ALL KNOW that the way Landmark Legal operates is WAY different than Judicial Watch--even though they don't even take on the same types of cases and all.
LOL!
