I ask you. Why does this threat not come under the definition of TREASON? These people are setting out to overthrow the President and the government with unfounded accusations and the deliberate planting of false statements. Would someone of higher legal education and experience please advise.

I can just picture the menagerie of flotsam and jetsam losers signing that petition; the homosexual hairdressers, the sasquatch feminists, the abortionists, the militant enviros, the people who whine that life isn't fair, the socialists, etc. People who have no inkling of how to be a productive citizen. All they know how to do is whine and whine and whine and whine.

Don't know about the higer education part...........but trying to impeach the president may be vindictive, ridiculous, and transparent, but it is not treason. Just read the constitution or any dictionary definition. The meaning doesn't change with the change of incumbants.
