OF COURSE it was a conspiracy, implicating the highest US military and civilian officials, and they WILL PAY for their crimes, just as soon as you and Jared Isreal expose them!
But of course it all makes perfect sense. Those former Soviet states are just ripe for the picking, and it is especially important to our military elites to weaken and destabilize Russia at this juncture in history, when they are already awash in corruption and economic woes, even at the risk of nuclear war.
