Didn't Danielle eat pizza and write in her journal Friday night? I thought her brothers said this to detectives.

Gee, I don't remember it being in the testimony.

If they said it to detectives, it wouldn't be under oath. If DADDY told them to say it, would they?

You could be right. I won't argue that they didn't TELL that to the detectives.

Damon STATED that Danielle sat at the table and read A BOOK (same page) for 4 hours. He also stated that Danielle READ to the BOYS. (When pigs fly.)

He or Brenda said she WROTE in her journal (for 4 hours, right). Maybe 2 hours. Let's see, 8:30 until 10:30. Makes sense in the CONCOCT A STORY deal that DAMON probably got himself into. Brenda left for the Bar at 830 and Damon put them to bed until 1030. He and the boys played video games and Danielle SAT THERE for 2 hours, not moving. YEP. I believe that . (when pigs fly, again)

If she was not there it would make sense to concoct a story that had her passively engaged in another room outside the view of the Boys. Didn't Danielle like video games?

Do you know where the story of shopping at Mervyns came from? Was it leaked by the LE? I'm thinking that Bren may have had that story ready to use if needed. Left Danielle in dressing room and she disappeared. But I guess she was there when the swingers arrived for the evening or they all are covering for the VD's.
