It really bothers me that Dusek hired Faulkner and even had him attend the autopsy but then disregarded his opinion. The DA didn't have any doubts at this point? Maybe he didn't get the report til he was too far into the case?

It tells me a lot. Obviously, Dusek respected his work but didn't like his results.

It also says a lot for the honesty and integrity of David Faulkner. That would weigh heavily in the defense favor if I were a juror.

Remember the ME? He stated the time of death could have been anywhere in a 6 week period. I think he probably could have narrowed it some, but it wouldn't have been what Dusek wanted.
