Why was the VD's SUV fitted with a tracking device?

When they impounded the RV, that's when then found the fingerprints, fibers, hairs, blood stains, etc...., right?

If the bug experts are correct, then my humble theory is that MAYBE Westie kidnapped her, had his way with her in the RV, then gave her to someone else and THEY killed her.

#1246--re DW kidnapping Danielle, having his way with her, then someone else killing her and dumping her body. One big problem, DW is not charged with any sexual assault against Danielle.

Apparently they did not find the evidence they were looking for so they returned it with the thought he would lead LE to Danielle.

The finger prints weren't identified until March.

The problem with that is where is the evidence in the RV? There should be more. The dogs did not hit on the RV. Had she been in the RV the dogs would have gone nuts.
