If he, with his known tendencies, did not at least show up to ogle the sights in connection with Van Dam/Westerfield, I will give my mouse a 2 week vacation.
My own judgment is that the DEFENSE in the Van Dam matter have a pretty good idea who did this, but it is NOT THEIR JOB to find criminals and prosecute them.
All Feldman's job is, is to obtain a result whereby the jury says the Prosecution has not proven that a crime was committed, or if it was that DW did it. End of chapter.
As a last resort, if I were Feldman, I might tell the judge in chambers who really did this crime and show him the evidence, if I were sure the jury was out for blood and hanging, ...and the judge would be duty bound to dismiss the charges IMHO at that point, no matter who was winning or how much time, money, and effort the trial had taken up.
Just get over it, and develop theories that take it into account. Why are people so certain Danielle died so soon?
The very theories according to which she died SOON, are also the ones that put her parents and their minions in a position to have refigerated or sealed away the body inside out of reach of flies.

The child porn is an important factor...whether we like it or not. Molestors and Pedophiles often have child porn. Is it just an ugly coincidence?
The defense acknowledges the blood, fingerprints/palmprints..whichever, hair, fibers and both child porn and adult porn.
Defense hasn't clearly defined Neal's role in this.

Susan L, the x-girlfriend said that she didn't drink much, that dw drank too much, she left him cuz of his drinking problems and that when he did drink, his character/mood changed to being upset, sad/depressed, withdrawn and he becamse very quiet. Dusek also got her to admit that he becamse forceful while drunk once. Forceful was vague, wasn't defined..so the jury is left to speculate what the forceful was all about unless it's explained later.
she said the front blinds would be closed *if* it were cold outside. He told detectives it was cold that particular day. Other campers, during their testimony said it was not cold.
Danielles body did not decompose in a way that one would expect. The mummification process has not been adequately explained by anyone.. someone needs to present an expert on 'mummification'.
Bugology: not an exact science but helpful...in both exposing certain factoids and ruling out certain factoids about environment, and can attempt to pinpoint time bugs started assisting in decomposition.
TIME LINE...DW's statement didn't match the facts:
