2nd Bug Expert Bolsters Westerfield Defense: (Dusek Melting Down Before Juries Eyes!!)

Danielles body did not decompose in a way that one would expect. The mummification process has not been adequately explained by anyone.. someone needs to present an expert on 'mummification'.

The expert yesterday went over that and said it was not unusual nor inconsistent, hands and feet many times mummify first...

I've seen it on maps of the site on Dehesa - and it is referenced in Chris Morgan's testimony - one of the searchers who found her body.

TIME LINE...DW's statement didn't match the facts:

For a while I felt certain that if DW was involved there was complicity with someone else. I publicly stated more than once that if Dusek could place David in Danielle's bedroom or there was DNA under her nails that I would html shriek his guilt.

Dusek has failed miserably in his proof, IMO. If you go with the open door times UNDER OATH (2:00 and 3:30) and that the parents went to bed after 2:30. Something big is missing in this pictures. Unfortunately, it will probably never come out.

Yes, my mind is made up and has been for awhile, there has been momentary doubt, but not since 180Frank and Prosecution resting their case.

Don't forget the blue paint chips under Danielle's fingernails that D.A. did not find source of. Also unidentified finger/handprints at Van Dam household (including Danielle's bedroom). Unidentified DNA on Danielle's bedsheets (I think it was?). Anything else?

The first bug guy ADMITTED that he was not a pathologist, but offered his opinion wrt:to the body's condition. Why wouldn't the second bug guy be any different?

So will Goff want to do a recreation type thing to research this case? Is there time? Or will he just say that's what he would do to determine things - but leave it open as to what his results might be if he did that?

I belive I pointed out the the time was as much as an hour or so off, but the cell phone records and reciepts just provide a better timeline for the same route. DW sure had time to make a side trip to Dehesa Rd. but there is no evidence that he did. All the evidence about the trip confims DW's story quite well. I was following it very closely, even expecting Dusek to point out a big problem, HE NEVER DID. He spent all that effort confirming the motorhome trip.

I wonder if the dead dog found near Danielle was taken and studied for maggot infestation.

That had occurred to me to. Some interesting facts.

The searchers at the Dehesa Rd site were first attracted to the SMELL of the DEAD DOG CARCASS.

After finding it, they somehow went down the street ,across the road, up and six foot embankment and then 50 feet of so further to find Danielle's body behind a tree. There was very little, or NO smell at all coming from her body.

The ME and BUG guys testified to this also.

It could happen. But from the courtroom activities today it appears they may play a media video and rest their case.

He did go into detail and Dusek couldn't get anywhere with him. The body ws not mummified all over and not unusual. they talked about mummification & putrification forever. Dusek struck out again and again. I played a tape of it over and over again, stopping and repeating important parts and that is the conclusion I reached, that Haskell knew his stuff.
