Is it true that the Japanese sell woman's "soiled" under garments in vending machines the same way soda is sold here? I read something to this effect in an old issue of Maxim magazine.

I've never seen one and I've walked through places where they would be if they existed. I've seen vending machines for pornographic manga, though.
