When computing the bacon used, it was really two 24oz packs of Hormel. Let's see 48/16 = 2.5 Doh. It fed 7 adults with no leftovers - always my goal. This is a labor intensive treat - be warned. But if you know of a killer way to cook up 3lbs of bacon with little or no mess or odor, I'd love to hear about it. JL
