I checked the FCPS website to see if they'd amended the Agenda and it still reads:

RECOMMENDATION:

That the School Board adopt revised Policy 1450.3, Nondiscrimination, as reviewed and discussed by the Human Resources Committee.

EXPLANATION:

At the June 27, 2002, Human Resources Committee work session, the Board discussed a proposed revision to current Policy 1450.2 to add the phrase “sexual orientation.”

None recommended.
