BTW, I see noone has bothered to mention that flying a flag, however you do it, would be your expression of your nationalistic and patriotic feelings. Because of this, your ability to express those feelings, however you see fit, is constitutionally guarenteed by the first amendment.

Well, we need a fed law, it seems to provide protection for flying our flag, undisturbed, as such states have passed recently. Lord knows we don't really need any more laws on the books, but this one would be a worthy one, methinks.
