I changed my mind about O'Neil after he took the trip to Africa with Bono. He was very clear in explaining how the money we send is mis-used. Even Bono got the drift.
This guy knows how our aid should be distributed, and he knows how to track it. That's a first. I see him as the best hope Africa has had in a long time.

Ok, but we are not talking about Africa here, I don't care for Africa one way or the other, Africa is not going to help Bush politically. As far as Wall Street concerns, O'Neil just doesn't cut it, he needs to go for the sake of Bush's reputation.
