I suspect that, in their limited knowledge of English, they meant to say "Strike at the heart of America," not "Strike at America's Heartland."

If they mistakenly intend the latter, I would suggest that us corn-pone fokes in the Midwest don't got none o' them fancy notions about political correctness, and we're as apt to clout a bunch of scrawny towlies upside the heads as we are to tolerate 'em.
