Sad LOL.
You pretty much hit the nail on the head.
My handy-man is from China. He has his American citizenship but goes back to China every winter to be with his wife. (They won't let her out.) He's been doing this for about 20 years. He tells me China is a hell hole. If you don't want to robbed you sleep under your windows when they are open, preferably with a weapon. (And that's just a minor point.)
What I really can't understand is why Americans (well to be fair the news media) prefers this to constitutionalism.
I was in Yugoslavia after Tito died. It was disgusting, dirty, and oppressive. And to them (Bolshetics) this is nirvana? I don't get it. They don't have a clue.
Oppresion in the name of saving the oppressed has slaughted millions. Will people ever notice this fact?

All nationalities in the People's Republic of China are equal. Yeah, every man is a slave to the State under a totalitarian system.....but equal.

Yes its actually no laughing matter. Most Americans have never been out of they're back yards. If they actually saw the real China they would kiss our Constitution and never subvert it. We really do not know how lucky we really are.

All nationalities in the People's Republic of China are equal. I guess this means the Tibetans and the Taiwanese are equal whether they want to be or not?
"Uh, could I please not be equal and be left alone? I'd just as soon be unequal and free thanks."

No, that's against the constitution. If you don't want to be equal, you will be made equal.

What's the deal, vannrox, this is the sixth China post of the day for you? I guess you're the official PLA apologist in here now. Considering the fact that they want nothing more than to destroy America, what's your motivation? Coming out of the Communist Closet?

How do you reconcile the fact that China executes more people each year than the rest of the world together? In fact in 1996 there were 68 crimes punishable by death (up from 21 in 1980) and 6,100 reported death sentences with 4,367 confirmed executions under a "strike-hard" campaign. One distinct feature of the constitution is the priority of socialist public property over the "system of exploitation of man by man" (see Art. 6)
Article 6. The basis of the socialist economic system of the People's Republic of China is socialist public ownership of the means of production, namely, ownership by the whole people and collective ownership by the working people. The system of socialist public ownership supersedes the system of exploitation of man by man; it applies the principle of 'from each according to his ability, to each according to his work.
In the northern provinces the Chinese consider China's government as occupation and strive for regaining the independence they had in 1944-1949 as the Republic of East Turkestan. China's forced abortion, has led to a majority of Chinese in the region where formerly were only about 5% ethnic Chinese. And while China continues occupying Tibet it has declared Taiwan a renegade province.
Article 3. The state organs of the People's Republic of China apply the principle of democratic centralism. The National People's Congress and the local people's congresses at different levels are instituted through democratic election.
If I remember correctly in June 1989 the massacre on Tiananmen Square ended the student movement for democracy.

Are you sure this isn't the Democratic Party's Platform Manifesto? That's where they're headed !!!
