BERLIN (Reuters) - Former Baywatch star and Playboy model Traci Bingham stopped traffic in Berlin by wearing a lettuce bikini to promote vegetarianism.
Bingham, who played the life-guard Jordan in the hit U.S. television series, spent more than half an hour Thursday posing for the cameras wiggling between a famous steak restaurant and Berlin's Kurfuerstendamm shopping street.
The protest was organized by the animal rights group PETA. Bingham's bikini of fake lettuce leaves carried a sign reading "Go Vegetarian!"
"I love to wear lettuce because I don't like to wear fur," said 34-year-old Bingham.
The restaurant sponsored a meat industry congress in Berlin this year. The manager asked Bingham to leave when she entered the restaurant with a crowd of reporters to order a vegetarian meal.

Michael Jackson ages like a salad, sells songs like a fruit, and he needs the work.

Would she rather wear lettuce than fur in the winter? I kinda doubt it.

Are you sure they are fake? Have you examined them in person? She's no goddess, but she isn't that bad. Doesn't matter whether she has fake boobs or not. Fake boobs are grotesque, that was my comment.

"Fake boobs are grotesque."Yeah, I'd much rather be checking out a pair of old flat, sagging-to-the knees pair of breasts that happen to be real....

Sorry, but they are definitely fake...no woman who is that skinny would have breasts that large...or that round, or that high up...she is "pushed up" in the bikini top, but still,...they are surgicaly "enhanced"...looks like she has some facial work done too...I hope she doesn't get too close to a candle...

There is something that looks so fake about her... the nose, the smile, and yes, even the melons hidden behind the lettuce.
