No, didn't miss that. Just don't know what that means because I'm not familiar with those terms. Is it just a generic term or more specific than that?

When someone signs up with an ISP or web hosting service, there is a part of the process where you indicate you have read and understand the providers Terms of Service - it's usually a lengthy document written in lawyerese - that outlines what you can and can not do on thier service - while terms may varry from provider to provider, TOS agreements are very common.
