Might I also suggest some reading for you. I know there are several books on civility and manners available, which might provide some guidelines for you.

I'm 71 years old, and have been through a lot of this crap. I sincerely doubt that you could mention a book or series of books (or a library, for that matter) that would change me at this point. Thanks for the try, however.
