Couldn't agree more. The guy arrested for killing Chandra Levy was an illegal, and they sure buried that (same for the guy in Connecticut who butchered that teenager he met over the Internet).

FWIW, no one has been arrested for killing Chandra Levy.
I think you must be talking about Ingmar Guandique, already in jail, having been convicted of committing assaults in the park.
He may be "the one" but they haven't charged him with anything related to Levy.
