Yes ---I don't know where he was born, the point I was making is that there are certain types of criminals who use the border to get away with horrid crimes. Suddenly there is a rash of violent child killings on the US side but I think these pedophiles have been active all along but slipping back over the border wasn't as easy after Sept 11. The killer of a 5 year old here used acid to pour over the little girl's body to destroy DNA evidence ---to me that's too planned out for someone who supposedly hadn't done any molesting or killing in years, just over the border there are many unsolved murders of young children and young women.
