The important question here is how many more dangerous felons have entered our country, legally and illegally, without criminal background checks?
It's time to put a stop to it.
To: John Jamieson
I think you are correct, John. I never heard the words DNA used.
They were careful not to say what the evidence was.

Zip up your flame suit, dude. But you have balls for saying that, and I agree with you.
To: Mamzelle
They'll know in a hurry...It's a cinch there's DNA evidence. I sure hope the OC police do not pull a Denver Police act (Jon Benet Ramsey). Get that DNA evidence evidence filed!

I agree. Hope there is some of Danielle DNA in his vehicle. That would solve the case.
As I said earlier. If they can link him to others (and find other bodies), it will give the families closure. Prayers for all families and friends of missing children.

I think it's probably more "painful" to the onlookers. There tends to be a lot of blood, by accounts that I've read. But death is very fast, and essentially painless. By the time your brain registers the pain, it's sitting in a blood-soaked basket, and the shock of such a massive trauma wouldn't allow you to feel much anyway for the five seconds or so you'd actually have consciousness.

I heard the question asked about counsel. It seemed to me she was asking if denied access would give some slimy defense lawyer reasons to make trouble for the prosecution. Just my opinion, but I didn't get the impression that she was screaming for Avila's rights.

Not sure if this will work, but I'll also leave the main website page. Actual 911 audio of Justin finding Samatha's body.

There has to be a WBF rule about that somewhere.

Surely if an American has to have criminal background checked to buy a gun, they ought to require at least the same checks, for someone to come into this country in the first place.
Give me your wired, your porn, your huddled felons yearning to go free...
I lift my lamp beside the tinsel door.

I'm really struck by how totally different the Danielle case case is from this one. Looks like there is going to a murder scene. Lots of evidence. Tire tracks (he was caught changing his tires!). Eve witnesses. Past history. A perp that fits the profile. How "normal" compared to the DW case.
To: OldBlondBabe
Maybe not, but that's how they start out...by sliding in such a question and it escalates from there if it looks like there may have been even the slighest indiscretion on the part of the cops in interrogating the suspect.

FWIW, "M" is very often used to mean "thousand," patterned after the Roman numeral. It's kind of archaic usage now, but I used to see it all the time in engineering usage.
Also, wouldn't you agree that finding the body was the single most important piece of evidence? Especially finding it EARLY like that?
Would you prefer it to go to someone who "earned" it by being scummy enough to hang around with this creep Avila? (Sorry, "alleged creep" I should have said).

You should have "T" shirts printed with that on. Is it original? LOL
To: bimbo
Speaking of Jon Benet, was Avila ever in Colorado?
To: John Jamieson
You are correct.
John, post your list of DW assets again. (Don't forget the PRICELESS at the end.
To: hoosiermama
Of course. Emma and I did it all by ourselves.
To: hoosiermama
Yeah right, Mr. amnesty and open borders is going to appoint conservative judges.
LOL!
To: crystalk
Possibly, if you have the information I'll add her to my list.
