Two Bush supporters responded that Bush could never get a tax cut passed Daschle, and you are telling me, with his approval rating as evidence (how Clintonian of us), that he could if he wanted to? Yep you are confused, without a Pubbie Senate, Bush is not going to get a capital gains tax cut.
A strong Pubbie Senate would make the reality of a capital gains tax cut much easier, but for some reason you seem not to want a Pubbie Senate, a passion you seem to share with Tom Dashcle.
