Does anyone know if there are any rules or regs regarding growing your own tobacco???? I met someone in nebraska who was growing his own organic tabacco (sounds healthy doesn't it)........but seem to remember him discussing some laws regarding this (although, I think he was ignoring them)

I believe the law state you can grow up to one tenth (1/10th) of an acre for personal use.

You can legally grow your own, I think there is a limit to the acreage you can use on your property, but thats o'kay, seeds can be bought on line.
