There's a big fallacy in your reasoning. Since blacks largely live in heavily black neighborhoods and have much more contact with blacks than whites and others, their victims will be black far more than 14% of the time if they choose victims randomly.
good point, but on the other hand, if you plan on robbing someone, I think I would rob a white instead of a blacks because to paraphrase the bankrobber willie sutton, "that's where the money is"
plus even you will admit, most crimes committed by blacks are against other blacks. To dredge this one or two year old story up just to do some race baiting and black bashing is ridiculous.
