There is only one ideology in Latin America, and it is called thievery. All political battles in these countries are basically over which party gets to steal. This may sound extreme to many Americans, but to Latin Americans it is reality, and until by some miracle the entire culture changes, people will continue to loathe their 'leaders'...for good reason.

You're right and until the culture of the bribe is reversed in all sectors, they will never clean up this mess.
