Nobody's talking.........

Perhaps the media, in a sudden sense of responsibility, want to wait for the investigators to complete their investigation by shaking the jar and making sure that they have all the facts straight.........

Imagine how embarrassed the press would be if it turned out to be not jam, but jelly.

Los Angeles-AP) -- The all-clear has been given at Terminal Two at Los Angeles International Airport after a suspicious item forced a partial evacuation.

Airport police were called to the upper level of Terminal Two at about 3:30 pm to investigate a suspicious item that passed through a scanning machine.

An airport spokeswoman says employees and passengers were allowed back in about an hour later after the LAPD's bomb squad found the item posed no threat.

The LAX spokeswoman says the suspicious item turned out to be tubs of jam surrounded by other articles.

Airport spokesman Harold Johnson says the west side of the terminal's departure area was cleared while the bomb squad investigated. But the east side remained open and no flights were delayed.
