I care for Mother who is a Heart Paitent. After going through a number of Paramedic calls for her, I came up with a 1 page form that helps. I print up several copies. One in Mother's purse, one by her Meds, and one in a file. It is a form done in Word. Feel free to download the form and use it yourself. It helps to have ALL important Medical information on one page that Paramedics and Doctors can refer to quickly.
I printed up this thread and had Mother read it. It helped to discuss this with her, because she tends to fight me when I feel it is time to call the medics!
