The article didn't mention if this "legal aid for losers" program would help scumbag lawyers and their bum clients pursue "class action" lawsuits against the government (working, taxpaying families). Are there any safety valves in this legislation designed to restrict the "jackpot justice" so many scumbag lawyers live for?

I don't consider vets to be "losers," Lancey Howard. Nor do I consider the elderly to be "losers." And, my guess is that this has nothing to do with "class action suits," since the law specifies what the money can be used for, according to the article.

Geesh, you know, sometimes a person needs legal help, and really can NOT afford to go to a lawyer. Lawyers aren't cheap in FL. Consequently, I think this is a wonderful new law. It will help people -- LEGAL FL CITIZENS - who deserve help.
