Yes, and probably heard that, too. He admitted to such a thing on Fox. That was what he wanted, but he said that he deduced it would be easier to win a suit on the "under God" phrase. When asked if he will pursue in court the phrase on the money, I don't recall him denying that he will do that, eventually........
