Are they handing out potassium iodine up there around the nuclear power plants?

I believe all the power plants are stockpiling them, but only a few have actually distributed to folks living within the 10 miles danger limit. Many people are buying their own, those who don't care to wait until the bureaucrats decide when the public should receive protection.
