Are you kidding me?!?! They were there BEFORE the roads...before the "chip-set" surface. These are there for the CONVENIENCE of the drivers, not for these Amish.

How about the Amish paying this fee ONE time...it generates 125K...and the towns are forced to WIDEN the roads and leave them dirt/gravel...or maybe even Concrete for the Amish of the community...BOTH sides of the road. NO cars allowed!
