What is of interest to me is: Is there any legislation, either in Congress or in the several states, which address this issue?

To be absolutely honest...I don't know. Trying to find out more information about this. Especially since we have been studying the Constitution and the Bill of Rights at the Patriots Room on Mondays at Paltalk.

I went back to the article and found that apparently many references to Bill of Attaindment, but nothing specific in the USC.

I am trying to learn more about this. I want to find out how it affects our rights as American Citizens in everday life.
