Those who doubt the veracity and sagacity of these two statements is ignorant of the intent of our founding fathers and wishes to promulagate the misbegotten foreign policies of every Democratic president of the 20th century and half of the Republican ones. The founding fathers lived in another age. An age where boundless oceans provided a natural moat. An age without intercontinental flight. An age without weapons of mass destruction. They also founded a country that was one of the weakest in the world, leaving them little choice but to avoid the world's stage. None of the conditions they founding fathers faced continue to exist.

There are many ways to stop illegal immigration. The military is not equipted or trained for that mission. And, since that problem is a law enforcement issue, there are constitutional prohibitions that prevent their use in that regard.
