As a Mac user, I am perfectly capable of operating a PC, I just don't have the time to spend hours fiddling with my registry.
Why did you / what makes you think you (choose the more appropriate of the preceding, please) have to "spend hours fiddling with" your directory?

"directory" should be "registry.

It was either that or letting Windows hang every thirty seconds (which sort of cut down on my productivity, so to speak). Now I don't have to worry about hardware conflicts, or registry problems and my screen never freezes.
