Even if Condit had nothing to do with this, which is a stretch IMHO, I refuse to believe he had nothing to do with the reason for her being in the park in the first place.

He was sooooo busy protecting his own reputation that he couldn't tell the police that he had met her there or directed her to meet someone there on his behalf.

It sure would have put the entire focus on the park.

These DC police officers should all be fired, yesterday. They are obviously either too stupid to do the job or too bought.

I understand the DC Police are saving money by closing some of their police stations. They found that it was much cheaper simply to report directly to Dunkin Donuts each day.

Really! The moron says they didn't question anyone about being in the park that day before they found her remains!

It isn't like they didn't know to look there, they had it on her computer!
The LA cops are put under fire all of the time, but these incompetent boobs just breeze through with people pretending they are earning their salaries!

Right. I thought the other interesting detail was that all of her clothes at home were packed. She left nothing to change into. Might she have thought she was heading to a 'love nest' where a change of clothes was always waiting?
